The KMD team relished this complex and demanding project, overcoming site constraints and a steep slope, to achieve the perfect outcome.

The aesthetic of the spa is sophisticated and elegant. With Valencia aged taupe limestone coping around the perimeter and as step treads, and glass mosaic tiles within. The selection of the natural colour palate and sandstone clad retaining walls, compliments the surrounding landscape.

Providing an outdoor room with sandstone fireplace, built-in barbeque, and kitchen area, this space enhances and extends the home, affording room to move for our clients, and allows light to penetrate the original home.

KMD enjoyed working closely with the client to achieve an outdoor space that is luxurious in form and function and is now central to family life.
